Owner is a nob
The “owner” of the park wont let a few lads have agood time at night at the jumps by taking away there light that the park supplied. For the kids to ride in the dark. This happend a 7 at night. This place is not good and do not come here but we will be coming back.

Thank you for your review, it was the ‘Manager’ who turned the light off. The light is not supplied by the park and due to the weather the supplier do not set up appropriately to ensure the safety for the patrons of the park, hence the reason the light was not used. The boys were asked 3 times not to turn the light on but continued to ignore our requests. Look forward to seeing you next time.
Exceptional in every way
From the moment we first made contact to departure Melrose Caravan Park was sensational. Customer service, amenities and the park setting are 10/10. The kids loved riding the terrain in the park and local recommendations were welcomed – we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at the brewery. Will be recommending staying here to our family and friends and we can’t wait to return. If only all parks were like this, thank you.
Awesome spot
I only stayed one night so I could hike Mt Remarkable. Stayed across the creek in un powered. Lovely peaceful location, owners are awesome.. good value place to stay.
